Marketing & Trade Show Coordinator

Job Summary:

The marketing coordinator will assist with the company’s overall global marketing and trade show plans and activities.

Essential Job Function:

•Coordinates all aspects of trade show participation worldwide
•Coordinates corporate event details
•Champions lead management activities
•Manages and updates contact database details
•Manages all aspects of corporate social media
•Manages calendar of activities
•Creates support materials/reports for campaign management and strategic implementations
•Collaborates with other team members to achieve department goals
•Provides creative marketing input and ideas
•Up to 20% travel domestically and internationally

Recommended Education / Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing degree preferred.
•Fluency in a foreign language desired, especially Mandarin or Japanese.
•0-2 years work experience in marketing, sales or customer service.
•0-2 years experience with trade shows activities desired.
•Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (charts/graphs/databases).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent leadership, problem solving and organizational skills.
