Maintenance Mechanic / Electrician / HVAC

Job Summary:

Performs work of considerable difficulty in the repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities including but not limited to the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repairs of electrical & plumbing appliances, systems, etc.

Essential Job Function:

• Fabricate, maintain, and install electrical installations according to electrical code
• Installs & repairs plumbing in the office & factory (faucets, pipes, fixtures & drains)
• Installs and repairs phone service, voice mail, data lines, and intercom system and makes changes to phone system program as needed
• Maintains, and installs air compressors, air dryers, receiver tanks and compressed air lines
• Wires & installs office cubicles and partitions in the office per layouts
• Maintains & installs all HVAC Roof Top Units & Split HVAC units
• Maintains and installs fire alarms, emergency lighting, and exit lights

Recommended Education / Experience:

• High School Diploma/ Trade School
• E1 or E2 Electrical License
• HVAC License D2 minimum required
• OSHA10 certification
• Mechanical ability with experience working with tradesmen
• Regularly required to have full range of mobility in upper and lower body; be able to reach overhead; be able to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time; be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks; and be able to frequently lift 50 pounds of weight throughout the assigned workday
